Warranty
Warranty service implies free elimination of product defects that arose due to the manufacturer’s fault, and is valid only if the rules and requirements for transportation, storage, assembly, installation and operation of the product are observed. Defects that appeared due to non-compliance with the rules of operation, maintenance, unqualified assembly, connection to utility networks, use of the product for other purposes or in unsuitable conditions are not subject to elimination under warranty.
The warranty period of 12 months begins on the date of shipment to the Buyer.
Warranty service implies repair or replacement of faulty parts of the product. However, please note that replacement of faulty parts during the warranty period does not lead to the establishment of a new warranty period. In the event of purchasing a discounted product, claims for quality and appearance related to the reason for the markdown will not be accepted.
Please note that the warranty does not apply to consumable components. Installation, assembly of the product, preventive maintenance and other services are not included in the warranty service and are performed separately for an additional fee.
To receive warranty service, you must have:
- a document confirming full payment for the product — a cash or electronic receipt, a sales receipt or a payment order confirming payment;
- a universal transfer document (UTD);
- a complete set of goods.

All claims regarding the quality of the goods are accepted only in writing. To do this, you must take a photo or video of the defect, fill out the claim form and send it to us. All requests and claims are considered within 7 working days.
The term for warranty service or repair is determined individually, but should not exceed 45 days.
Warranty service is not provided in the following cases:
- expiration of the warranty period;
- the results of the examination did not establish the manufacturer’s fault in the occurrence of the defect;
- the presence of obvious mechanical damage that occurred after the buyer received the goods;
- exceeding the permissible loads on the product;
- damage to the product due to force majeure (fire, flood, other accidents, etc.);
- violation of the rules for assembly, installation and operation of the product, including assembly and connection to utility networks by an unqualified person, which resulted in damage to the product;
- damage to the product due to the ingress of foreign objects, liquids, animals, insects, etc.;
- changes to the original design of the product;
- occurrence of natural changes in the elements of the products (change in color, texture) occurring during the operation of the products;
- normal wear and tear;
- voltage mismatch;
- damage due to an electrochemical reaction, rust, corrosion or exposure to water, including, but not limited to, damage caused by an increased concentration of lime in water, as well as damage due to being in an unfamiliar environment;
- maintenance of consumables, including batteries and lamps; non-functional and decorative parts that do not affect the normal use of the device, including any scratches and possible color differences;
- repairs to the product have already been performed by third parties, or using non-original spare parts and components;
- exposure to high external temperatures on parts of the product not intended for this purpose;
- operation of the product in unsuitable conditions (high humidity, high or low temperature, etc.).
СОХА does not provide any warranties for products for outdoor use. No warranty obligations arise for any СОХА products that were not used for domestic purposes.
