WAYS OF OBTAINING GOODS

DELIVERY

Delivery in Russia and the world is carried out by transport companies (СДЭК, Деловые линии, etc.) through a request to WhatsApp or Telegram at the contact number 89852558213 or by mail sohabydm@gmail.com.

Delivery is carried out by a courier to the required address, so be careful while filling the information in the address field. Please do not make mistakes and indicate all the address data. Since the courier will need a signature upon delivery of the goods, we recommend choosing a delivery address where you or your authorized representative can stay all day.

Delivery deadlines depend on and are set by the recipient country. After confirming your order, you will be automatically redirected to the online payment page. After paying for the goods, you will receive a confirmation of the goods purchase to the email address that you specified while placing the order. As soon as the order is completed, you will receive a tracking number for tracking to the mail specified in the order.

It is recalled that in the case of a delivery abroad, the applicable local tax rules may require the declaration and payment of specific taxes, such as customs duties. The Client shall be responsible for the declarations and payments of applicable taxes and customs duties.

Courier delivery is not made to PO Boxes or on demand.

PICKUP

Pickup of items can be carried out daily from the place of production at Moscow, Zelenograd, General Alekseeva prospect, 25 free of charge. Call us to book a pickup time: 8 985 255 82 13.

RETURN

Purchased items cannot be exchanged.

If the products purchased on our website are defective, we offer a return service within 14 days from the date of delivery or receipt of the goods.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Make sure they are complete and intact: the products must not be used or damaged in any way; they must be in their original packaging and all labels and tags have to be attached.

After receiving the parcel, we will check the condition of the items, and then a refund of the amount paid will be authorized. The sum will be refunded to the same bank card or using the same payment method that was selected for the purchase, and in the same currency.

If a client has purchased SOHA products in one of the stores that represent the brand’s products, it is necessary to contact the store employee for the exchange of goods and payment of funds. The company is not responsible for products purchased from third parties.
